Rainbows

In Edinburgh, I see a lot of rainbows, especially during summer and autumn.

The most awesome part? I have spotted double rainbows quite a few times!

Seeing one rainbow on top of another is quite awesome!

That, can only happen in Edinburgh!

On a bluish, pinkish, rainy cloudy day.

Somehow it reminds me of God's splendid awesomeness.

This pinkish rainbow coloured shoelaces - a gift from my dear hubby - 

reminds me of our colourful life and the rainbows in the sky! 

Oh! My first rose bud is blooming!

Spring is coming!

I just came back from a 10 day leave, and my rose plant, which had just leaves at the beginning, has a budding pink rose!

Can you see the rose? 

I am going to take note of its progress everyday from now onwards. 

Observe its colour evolution: from pink, champagne, yellowish to greenish.

Chinese New Year Surprise!

So, it's Chinese New Year and I am mulling over the fact that I don't have anymore pineapple tarts to munch on! 

Suddenly, one week later, lo and behold! Lydia , my 'pen-pal' sends me pineapple tarts! She knows I love pineapple tarts, and she purposely made some for me! 

Yeay!!!! Thank you Lydia!!! Bless you so so much!!! 

Look! The pineapple tarts are made with love! I can just feel the warmth! 

And these pistachio cookies are given by my friend Jeanne! 

Hohoho!!! I am feeling soooo lucky this year!

Supermoon

31st of January was the Supermoon day.

Apparently, it's the day when the moon is nearest to the earth, and it looks extra bright and big!

The moon is as brighter than the lights from the halls! 

At the NHS Clinic

While waiting at the clinic, I saw these posters!

Quiz: If babies love books, what do adults love? 

Answer: Phones! They look at their phones all the time! 

 I always cross the road without looking. 

Hmm.. this has prompted me to look, because I want to live.

 And, while waiting,I decided to browse through a nursery rhyme book, and saw these really funny rhymes!

Oh my goodness! Does the cuckoo sucks birds' eggs? 

It's a carnivore! 

Haha! This reminds me of how I'm thinking of Vincent all the time... 

Indeed! girls are sweet! 

Lol... look how this rhyme depicts little boys! 

Awww.. this is just so sweet! Now I know why. 

 Mary loves her lamb so much that the lamb just follows her everywhere!

So, here I am, one year after being in Edinburgh, Scotland, oh!
